Most orders ship out within 1–3 business days after being placed. Please note that weekends, holidays, product launches, and large sale events may cause slightly longer processing times.

Once your order leaves our facility, delivery typically takes anywhere from 5–9 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Lions Not Sheep is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We work with trusted shipping partners to help ensure timely and secure delivery, but the carrier assumes responsibility once the package is in their possession.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lions Not Sheep is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an issue with your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.
